Experteer Overview As a TikTok Shop Account Manager for Spain, you will drive sell-out GMV and manage the agency partner and TikTok Shop HQ relationships. You’ll combine e-commerce expertise with strong communication to execute commercial plans and optimize the consumer decision journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing and the TSP to deliver engaging content, activations, and performance improvements. This role offers hands-on ownership, collaborative culture, and growth through a fast-evolving platform.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Drive sell-out GMV on TikTok Shop Spain and manage sell-in with the agency partner • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to hit content engagement metrics • Lead lower-funnel activations on TikTok Shop, especially Lives • Manage portfolio and pricing strategy aligned with WE guard-rails • Co-create FY activation plans with WE Incubator objectives • Coordinate with Philips TikTok Shop Agency Partner to ensure brand-compliant content and activation calendar • Oversee Au0026P and promo spending for the channel as SAP key user • Monitor performance (GMV, content engagement, outputs)



and optimize accordingly • Build strong relationships with the TikTok Account Management Team to unlock brand and commercial opportunities • Support Marketing Manager with content planning, affiliate outreach, and ads delivery • Stay current on TikTok trends and incorporate best practices into Philips content plan

Responsabilidades • Minimum 5 years in National Account Management with a strong e-commerce background • Experience in a global, brand-led, consumer-focused organization • Italian language communication is comfortable • Hands-on Pu0026L management experience • Proficient at creating impactful presentations and PowerPoint • Proven track record of optimizing customer decision journey and user experience • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment across diverse teams • Passion for new technologies and willingness to develop skills • Team player with clear communication across stakeholders
