Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Purser for a 100m+ yacht.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Purser to join a dynamic crew on a busy charter yacht.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Must have experience as Purser on large charter yachts

ENG1, STCW and any other valid certifications in hand

Relevant Purser qualifications and experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment

Confident in overseeing all administrative functions on board, managing budgets, accounts and inventory systems

Able to manage guest itineraries, customs and port clearances

Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency

B1/B2 visa required

Start date: Before 10 November

Location: Spain

Salary: 10,000 EUR

Leave: 2:2 rotation
