Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage Investigator and site payments end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize the clinical payments process and explore AI-enabled improvements. The position supports integral operations, emphasizing customer-oriented service and timely, reliable financial reporting. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Process investigator and site payments in compliance with procedures, regulations, contracts, and country requirements
• Compile and review data from multiple sources (budgets, EDC, CTMS)
• Review site invoices and address issues or findings
• Perform reconciliations and prepare accruals and forecasts
• Develop and maintain standard reports
• Drive process, system, and reporting improvements, including AI adoption in Clinical Payments
• Identify and manage operational and financial risks related to site payments




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and collect process, project, and financial documentation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical payments
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong financial, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyse data efficiently and present practical solutions
• Ability to work in a global environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and service approach
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams
• Good knowledge of MS Office, financial systems, EDC, and CTMS platforms
