Experteer Overview
In this role, you will steer end-to-end planning for a portfolio of materials delivery to AR International sites, ensuring timely, efficient operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand shifts, resolve constraints, and communicate risks to stakeholders. Your work focuses on proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to lift performance. This position offers the chance to shape automation and logistics strategy at a global scale, contributing to Amazon Robotics’ mission to transform customer experiences.

• Own the vision and long-term strategy for first-time automation, designing scalable processes to bring new approaches to General Availability
• Set the standards for operational excellence across the Product Launch organisation and remove bottlenecks to enable innovation
• Influence business and technology direction at the organizational level; present strategic narratives and operational plans to Directors and VPs; negotiate priorities across teams
• Design scalable,

• Manage schedules and address supply chain constraints to ensure timely material delivery to AR International sites

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven track record
• Experience working in enterprise IT or managing technical programs
• Experience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
