In this Associate Director role, you will align enterprise and school learning strategies with market priorities across Europe to deliver capability outcomes that boost performance, readiness, and talent growth. You act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping learning investments and bridging Schools, Departments, and Markets. You’ll influence strategy, connect business needs with learning solutions, and drive workforce competitiveness and engagement. This is a strategic partner role at scale, shaping an integrated capability agenda across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Represent the Learning team in the Market and align business strategy with workforce capability development
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and stakeholders to understand evolving priorities
• Translate market priorities and talent challenges into learning and capability development strategies
• Identify current and future capability gaps and critical skill requirements
• Partner with Universities, Schools, and Departments to connect learning solutions (content, credentials, coaching, leadership programs)
• Influence priorities, resources,



and investment decisions across organizational boundaries
• Create integrated capability-building by connecting offerings across Schools, Departments, and Markets
• Ensure learning investments align with growth opportunities, transformation initiatives, and workforce plans
• Advise leadership on how learning contributes to engagement, retention, and long-term competitiveness
• Monitor effectiveness of strategies through impact on priorities and readiness

Responsabilidades
• Senior Leadership experience in a corporate functions environment with executive presence
• Experience leading Learning u0026 Development or capability development across Europe (beneficial)
• Executive-level experience in complex, cross-border, matrixed environments across multiple European countries
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability to translate business needs into learning and capability development strategies
• Experience leading and managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of business priorities and how to map them to learning solutions
