Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape how Apple represents media knowledge and enable rich, personalized user experiences across Apple Music, Podcasts, TV, and Sports. You will own the end-to-end design of knowledge models and scalable systems, collaborating with engineers and product teams to bring ideas from prototype to production. Expect to tackle open, data-driven problems at scale, with a focus on quality and impact. This position offers a chance to influence media intelligence at a integral tech leader and work in a cross-functional Barcelona team.

Responsabilidades
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• design experience with knowledge representations, data models, or ontologies
• multimodal understanding experience (audio/video/images) such as speech recognition or video understanding
• experience with LLM-based evaluation and running annotation programs
• experience with vector search, RAG, or LLM agents using tools and multi-step reasoning
• experience with Spark or similar distributed data processing frameworks
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• substantial production ML/AI systems experience
• hands-on production ML with LLMs for information extraction, entity linking, or knowledge graphs
• strong programming skills and experience building production streaming and batch pipelines
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
