Experteer Overview
In this strategic leadership role, you will guide multiple Knowledge Areas with a strong cloud component, shaping architectures for complex platforms and scalable systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams in a multinational IT environment to drive technological transformation and innovation. You will mentor talent, align initiatives with corporate objectives, and manage budgets and project forecasts. You will oversee quality, security, availability and regulatory compliance while pursuing continuous improvement and value creation. Your work will influence how customers leverage cloud-enabled platforms at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define strategy and business development for the Knowledge Areas under responsibility, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and promoting innovation.
• Perform financial control of the practice and associated projects: budgets, forecasts, closures, etc.
• Build, form, coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering collaboration and results orientation.
• Mentor and develop talent, promoting leadership and continuous improvement.




• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and cloud services to deliver competitive and operational value.
• Promote and manage strategic client projects, achieving objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor quality, security, availability and performance standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.
• Develop value supply aligned with capacities and market conditions; socialize internally and externally.
• Encourage iterative improvement of standards and internal practices based on project experiences.
• Develop partnership relationships and joint development plans with strategic manufacturers

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership for digital platforms and cloud-based environments
• Deep knowledge of complex platforms, distributed systems, scalability, security and automation
• Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional teams in a multinational IT setting
• Experience driving technological transformation initiatives and cloud strategy
• Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting and project financial management
