As Senior Audit Manager, you will lead the IT and information security audit program, strengthening resilience across cloud, security controls, and third-party ecosystems. You will work with executives to ensure regulatory alignment and robust risk management in a fast-paced fintech environment. Your expertise will shape how we approach DevSecOps, data protection, and operational resilience at scale. You will drive impact through pragmatic, risk-based assurance and clear stakeholder communication.

• Lead risk-based audits of cloud infrastructure, network security, IAM, and containerized environments.
• Assess cyber defense controls, SOC monitoring, incident response, SIEM integration, and EDR deployments.
• Audit ITGCs and automated ITACs within CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate third-party vendor risk and hosted assurance for key SaaS platforms.
• Oversee control assurance for partnerships ensuring DORA and FCA resilience compliance.




• Assess readiness for regulatory regimes and conduct ISO 27001 and PCI DSS gap analyses.
• Evaluate data governance, data lineage, and privacy controls across analytics platforms.
• Present audit findings to Executive Committees and Board Audit Committees.

Responsabilidades
• Min 5 years in IT/Cyber Audit for cloud-native fintech or similar, or Big 4 tech practice.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC required; ACA/CIA dual is advantageous.
• Experience with AWS, IAM, SIEM/SOC (Splunk, CrowdStrike, ReliaQuest), and AuditBoard.
• Regulatory knowledge: DORA, FCA PS21/3, PRA Operational Resilience, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST.
• Experience in payments lifecycle controls and third-party risk management.
• Ability to translate technical risk for non-technical executives; mentoring junior staff.
