Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a team of Project Leaders to deliver multiple field projects efficiently and safely. You establish and enforce PM standards, coach your team, and serve as the primary customer contact for project updates. You oversee field operations, mobilization, scheduling, and portfolio performance, ensuring accurate information in management systems. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules, quality, and safety goals, driving continuous improvement and value for customers.

• Lead and manage a team of Project Leaders responsible for 10–15 projects each
• Define and apply project management standards, procedures, and tools
• Monitor performance of Project Leaders and portfolios; resolve issues
• Develop Project Leaders through training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Act as customer point of contact for project status, schedules, and deliverables
• Oversee field operations, mobilization/demobilization, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure project management systems are updated with accurate information
• Manage quoting, change orders, PO administration, invoicing, and reporting with Project Leaders
• Oversee customer trackers, production schedules,



and project documentation
• Validate site-specific equipment and resource requirements
• Promote and enforce safety policies; conduct safety inspections and root cause analyses
• Drive quality compliance and continuous improvement; implement new procedures
• Coordinate staffing and resource needs with Planning; liaise with Supply Chain, Fleet, Engineering, and Operations
• Manage subcontractors and MEWP services; validate timesheets and invoices
• Prepare consolidated project portfolio reports and maintain project records
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to achieve project objectives

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of project management experience
• PMP certification
• experience with MS Project, JIRA, or other agile methods
• planning and organizational skills across multiple teams and countries
• digital tools proficiency (Excel, Planner) and project management systems
• ability to use AI to automate tasks and analyze data
• people management and leadership qualities
• strong communication in Spanish and B2-level English
