Experteer Overview
In this role you will model Hitachi Energy PCS products (power electronics converters and plant controllers) and integrate models into automation logics. You will define and execute a modelling roadmap, deliver validated models, and support grid impact studies for energy storage, PV, and hybrid solutions. You will collaborate across Product Management, external consultants, and customers to ensure high-quality simulations and documentation, while training and supporting colleagues globally.

• Deliver grid impact studies for execution projects

• Generate documentation, manage versioning, and ensure quality checks

Responsabilidades
• Master degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with focus on Power Systems or Power Electronics
• Minimum 5 years of modelling experience in Power Systems and Power Electronics
• Proficiency with Matlab Simulink, DIgSILENT Power Factory, PSCAD, PSS/E
• Excellent knowledge of Power System, Power Electronics and Control system modelling tools
• English fluency (written and spoken)
• Experience with Grid Impact Studies (plus)
• Knowledge of Python and PyTest (plus)
• High quality mindset, process and tool awareness
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a team
• Availability to travel globally (10–20%)
