Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end category management for the Racking subcategory across Europe and Latin America, driving sourcing strategies and cost savings. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance and regional stakeholders to align procurement with business priorities and network expansion. You will lead supplier relationships, negotiate terms and manage contracts to deliver best value with a focus on total cost of ownership. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role at Amazon’s Integral Procurement Operations, offering the chance to shape storage solutions for a growing network.

• Develop regional category strategies for Racking across Europe and LATAM, including market analysis, should-cost modelling, and sourcing roadmaps
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFP/RQ/RFI), negotiate terms, and execute contracts for best value
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships with regular business reviews and continuous improvement
• Identify and deliver year-over-year cost savings through negotiation,



value engineering, and consolidation
• Monitor industry trends and material dynamics (steel) to inform strategy
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure supplier compliance with contracts and code of conduct
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing with business requirements
• Define and report key metrics for category performance and savings

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, contract management, and financial analysis
• Experience in leading large, complex negotiations
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL
• Experience in defining process improvements using data and metrics
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvement
