Overview

As Manager in Accenture’s Data & AI for Supply Chain team, you lead multidisciplinary teams and projects delivering AI-driven supply chain solutions. You will oversee client engagements, shape strategy, and drive business development to maximize value. You will mentor teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement analytics and AI initiatives at scale. This role combines technical oversight with client-facing leadership, delivering measurable impact in integral supply chains.

- Lead multidisciplinary Data & AI projects and teams to deliver client value
- Oversee client engagements and manage delivery scope, timeline, and quality




- Drive business development and shape project proposals to win opportunities

- Partner with global clients to advance AI-driven optimization in supply chains
- Support strategy and roadmap discussions for AI-enabled supply chain transformations

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in Data & AI or related fields
- At least 2 years in leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience leading teams, client engagements, and business development
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
