Experteer Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with product teams to identify where AI adds real value and shape practical AI-first solutions. You will bridge business workflows and AI capabilities, selecting existing services or designing new ones when needed. You’ll own hands-on work across data pipelines, model serving, and MLOps to deliver production-ready AI systems at enterprise scale. You collaborate with product owners and engineering leads to translate pain points into measurable tech outcomes. This role offers the chance to influence an AI services roadmap and ship impactful, observable AI applications.

• Lead technical discovery to isolate bottlenecks and scope AI-driven solutions
• Leverage the AI services catalog to apply or extend existing capabilities for product needs
• Define requirements and co-create new AI services when gaps exist
• Hands-on work with data pipelines, model training/serving, and MLOps tooling
• Deliver a working first version quickly, then harden with monitoring and reliability
• Translate business pain points into actionable inputs for the AI services roadmap
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering leads to communicate trade-offs and align on delivery
• Act as the bridge between IFS Ru0026D AI capabilities and consuming product teams
• Turn ambiguous business problems into scoped,

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• Strong Python; willingness to work across languages and existing codebases
• Cloud-native development experience; Azure AKS, Blob Storage, Key Vault familiarity is highly relevant
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into production apps (APIs, gateways, observability)
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems and MPC is strongly preferred
• Experience designing production RAG and retrieval systems (embeddings, vector databases)
• Proficiency with REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and complex integrations
• Deployment and IaC experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps/ArgoCD, Terraform)
• Data engineering across relational, document, vector, and object stores
• Understanding of distributed systems, observability, and trade-offs in AI delivery
• Proven ability to own production ML/data systems from prototyping to deployment
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders; comfortable in ambiguity
• Experience working with platform or infrastructure teams and customer-facing engagements
