Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed electrical designs and schematics for industrial and renewable energy projects.
* Manage project timelines, budgets,



and resources effectively from conception to completion.
* Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients, to ensure project success.
* Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical systems.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international electrical codes and standards.
* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
* Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues that may arise during project execution. Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering project management, preferably within industrial or energy sectors.
* Proven experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) for schematic design.
* Solid understanding of power systems, control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
* Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (solar, wind) is a strong asset.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

* Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
