Experteer Overview
In this role, you define and execute the technical strategy for your customer portfolio to embed observability across multi-cloud environments. You help customers realize value and ROI by expanding coverage for critical apps and leading architectural health reviews. You partner with Product Management to unblock technical blockers and influence the product roadmap. You optimize digital experiences through anomaly detection and root-cause analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale observability at pace.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring (IM)
• Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization
• Cloud-native monitoring experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Unix/Linux/Windows proficiency, scripting (Shell/Python)
• Storage area networks (SAN) and SQL-based databases understanding
• Experience in a consultative or technical leadership role (pre-/post-sales)
