Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process for the Perfumery division, aligning demand, supply, and financial goals. You will partner with global teams to drive cross-functional decision-making and improve supply chain performance. You will shape material planning, forecast accuracy, and risk mitigation to support strategic business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver service, lead time, inventory, cost and category targets
- Oversee global materials PLM and demand for core material categories, coordinating upstream creation and supplier alignment
- Lead end-to-end Materials S&OP; with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across creation, supplier, procurement, ingredients and finance
- Lead Global Raw Material Councils to inform executives on requirements, stock and risk
- Coordinate material constraint management with category Purchasing, IBP,



Supply Chain Operations and stakeholders to identify risks and mitigations
- Improve material forecast accuracy and reduce bias with relevant metrics
- Collaborate with BU creation, procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing, strategy GSC, GOE and regional teams to mitigate supply risks
- Enable and cascade BU consensus Strategy globally and regionally through execution

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in supply chain planning or related roles in a complex manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading or facilitating end-to-end S&OP; processes with cross-functional alignment
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of SAP (R3/APO) and Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus
- Good Microsoft Office skills
