Overview

In this role you will be the voice of the customer, translating insights into actions that improve outcomes and experience. You will drive value realization and adoption of Unit4 solutions, while identifying upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales. You’ll manage churn risk as the primary CS contact, and lead executive conversations with C-level stakeholders to align on strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure product and service deliverables meet customer value drivers, contributing to ARR growth and long-term partnerships.

Responsabilidades

- Be the primary voice of the customer and translate insights into action across Product, R&D;, Support and Sales
- Drive customer value realization and maximize the value of Unit4 investment
- Increase product adoption and maturity through success planning and value-added engagements
- Identify and drive new sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) with qualified leads
- Proactively manage churn risk and own retention within the region
- Develop and maintain success plans aligned to customers' objectives and milestones




- Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Communicate customer goals, challenges, and value drivers across internal teams

Requisitos principales

- Passion for building strong customer relationships that drive ARR retention and expansion
- Ability to translate customer goals into actionable success plans and track value realization
- Adaptable, curious, accountable, and collaborative across diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship management; fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in retention and churn management for cloud software
- Proven ability to drive adoption of customer programs (e.g., Success4U)
- Professional presence with empathy and enthusiasm; able to influence and build trust
- Experience in customer-facing roles focused on value and outcomes in cloud software
- Technical literacy with customer engagement technologies and trends
- Nice-to-have: experience in ERP, HCM, or financial planning software
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
