Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the medical affairs strategy for the pipeline within the cluster, aligned with global direction. You lead scientific communications, education, congress planning and HCP engagement, with emphasis on the lead molecule. You coordinate with commercial teams and support ESRs and EAPs, while managing country and field medical leads and interfacing with clinical development to align medical activities. You influence cross-functional strategy to advance patient care and the scientific posture of the portfolio.

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of immuno-oncology and related disease areas, products, and competitors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient care and strategy alignment
• Act as an educational resource, providing medical/scientific training and support to internal stakeholders
• Develop and execute the Cluster Medical Communications plan in coordination with Commercial and aligned with European/general plans
• Establish scientific communication with HCPs and academia




• Lead medical insights gathering and drive innovative solutions for European issues
• Coordinate and deploy Country Medical Leads and Field Medical Advisors strategically
• Coordinate medical affairs activities with clinical development programs and manage ESR/EAP discussions at the European level

Responsabilidades
• MD, Phamr D, PhD (or equivalent) degree
• Experience at a regional level or across multiple countries
• Extensive medical affairs experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Oncology/Immunotherapy therapeutic area experience compatible with current pipeline
• Leadership and management experience of MSL teams
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/immune oncology
• Experience managing vendors and external teams in a matrix environment
• Proven cross-functional collaboration on strategic planning
• Medical support experience for marketed biotech/pharma products
• Expertise in establishing, coordinating, and chairing Advisory Boards with an established HCP network in Oncology
