Experteer Overview
As a Software Engineer, Applications you will shape Trusted Content standards and development capabilities to accelerate autonomous operations across design, operations, and maintenance workflows. You will collaborate with product, segment, and customer teams to translate ideas into repeatable solutions and scalable practices. This role sits at the intersection of standards, libraries, and application development within the Trusted Content u0026amp; Standards group. You will drive cross-functional decisions and contribute to AI-assisted library workflows in a global, hybrid environment.

• Develop methods to measure adherence to standards via automated reviews and peer checks

• Define and optimize Libraries supporting application development in automation environments
• Promote awareness of evolving Industry Standards (OPC-UA, ISA, manufacturer requirements)




• Support firmware and software features enabling Trusted Content integration across controllers and drives
• Contribute to Digital Engineering strategies (digital twins, automated code, automated library creation)
• Manage intellectual property with a view to patent development
• Design integrated automation systems using Trusted Content; prioritize new industries and use cases
• Pilot and refine AI-assisted library development workflows with the team
• Collaborate with Trusted Content Innovations, Commercial Engineering, and Technical Consultants to forecast needs
• Support integral events and on-site customer or segment projects as needed
• Collaborate with Customer Co-Innovation teams on Trusted Content engagements

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation products (Logix, Optix, Application Code Manager)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills to developers and management
