As Director, Global Supply Chain, you will shape and lead the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trial logistics from Spain, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale new kit production capabilities. You will drive strategic direction for global logistics, mentor multi-location teams, and optimize processes to deliver reliable, compliant supply solutions. Responsabilidades
• Significant leadership experience within global supply chain, logistics, clinical supplies or clinical trial operations
• Proven success leading international teams and complex operational environments
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including vendor and budget management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or clinical research industry
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver business results
