Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape the industrialization of test means for space electronics, collaborating across space missions to improve performance and automation. You will lead implementation and improvement of climate, vacuum, and shake test facilities, supported by robust digital tools. You’ll drive automation, maintenance planning, and customer-facing support during test campaigns, contributing to faster, more reliable manufacturing and testing in space programs. This is a hands-on role with significant cross-functional impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define, procure, deploy and support new industrial test means (climatic/vacuum chambers and shakers) per customer requirements
• Lead continuous improvement of existing test means with a focus on automation, quality, cost and lead time
• Manage dedicated software such as LabVIEW and automate controls (PLCs, HMIs, distributed systems, I/O, protocols)
• Program autonomous controls and remote controls for test equipment




• Support and troubleshoot on the shop floor during campaigns
• Define and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for test equipment
• Provide technical assessment and solution development during vibration, vacuum and thermal test campaigns for projects

Responsabilidades
• Higher Education in Industrial, Electronic, or Aeronautic Engineering (Grade or Master)
• At least 5 years leading industrialization/improvement projects in test areas
• Experience with vacuum systems, climatic/thermal chambers and shakers maintenance and control
• Digital mindset with automation, scripting, and design tools
• English language proficiency
• Proactive, organized, autonomous with strong teamwork and change leadership
• Customer support orientation and flexibility
