Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as the technical and application expert to help customers solve processing challenges. You will collaborate with sales to design tailored solutions, run demonstrations, and validate performance across the customer journey. You’ll shape processing systems and provide guidance from concept through handover to implementation, delivering measurable operational value. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer care, and cross-functional collaboration, offering a meaningful impact on food safety and efficiency.

• Support consultative sales as a technical and application expert

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or equipment industries
• Spanish and English proficiency
• Experience supporting customers through sales, applications, service, or solution development
• Experience in sales, service, or other customer-facing technical roles
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend technical solutions
• Experience preparing technical documentation and customer presentations
• Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration
• Knowledge of CAD and design tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks or similar
