In this role you partner with senior Revenue and Marketing leaders to shape people strategy and translate business priorities into actionable plans. You combine workforce redesign with performance management and employee relations in an AI-enabled People u0026amp; Talent function. You’ll use people analytics to connect signals across clusters and guide leaders with clear, data-driven recommendations. You will influence decisions, support organizational transitions, and measure impact on business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape how AI-driven transformation unfolds across a global company in hospitality.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with senior Revenue and Marketing leadership to translate business priorities into quarterly people plans and targeted projects.
• Lead workforce redesign discussions as AI changes roles, structures and capability needs, turning decisions into action.
• Partner on change management and communications to prepare managers and support employees through organizational transitions.
• Guide managers through feedback, performance improvement plans, and calibration with People Operations.
• Advise on compensation, promotions, development and retention, addressing underperformance while enabling high performers.
• Coach managers and support onboarding while handling complex concerns and escalation as needed.
• Lead complex employee relations cases as the senior escalation point, coordinating with Legal when required.
• Challenge hiring profiles, budgets and timelines with Talent Acquisition.




• Synthesize engagement, attrition, performance, compensation and employee relations signals into actionable recommendations using AI; build dashboards as needed.
• Contribute to designing performance, development, engagement and workforce planning programs with cluster insights.
• Identify cross-cluster patterns signaling organizational risks or opportunities and present recommendations to the Director of Talent Enablement.

Responsabilidades
• Experience partnering with Revenue teams in an international organization with commercial pressures.
• Credibility advising directors and VPs on people strategy and workforce change; hands-on performance management experience.
• Clear, concise communication and strong stakeholder influence with ability to challenge assumptions under pressure.
• Data storytelling to connect signals across clusters and justify action with business cases.
• Understanding of how AI reshapes roles and workforce design, guiding redesign decisions.
• Generative AI fluency for synthesis, pattern recognition and insight generation, including basic HTML dashboards and awareness of AI limitations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases with business/legal implications, including escalation when needed.
• Ability to handle a multi-cluster portfolio across time zones while remaining hands-on.
