Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee site operations for large-scale manufacturing projects, coordinating with clients, managers, technical teams and contractors. You’ll maintain safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives across pre-construction and construction phases. The position sits in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and clear reporting are key. You will also drive digital planning and reporting to support project performance and continuous improvement.

• Support the Project Manager in delivering civil construction packages (structural works, roofing, façades) for an industrial facility
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient execution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Coordinate planning and delivery of mechanical, electrical and civil infrastructure works
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks and resources with proactive mitigation
• Drive cost and schedule control to meet performance targets
• Coordinate with project leadership, technical teams and client stakeholders for alignment




• Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital/AI-enabled solutions for planning and reporting

Responsabilidades
• Approx. 5 years' experience in construction or project management
• Experience on industrial construction projects advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, contractor management and project controls
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in digital tools and AI-driven planning/reporting applications
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Availability for on-site work
