Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop enterprise-grade backend solutions using Java
• Build robust RESTful APIs and leverage Spring Boot/Spring Data
• Incorporate Node.js for distributed service development/integration
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Work with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Follow clean code practices,



microservices architecture, and automated testing (JUnit, Mockito)

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise backend solutions with Java
• Strong Spring ecosystem knowledge (Spring Boot, Spring Data) and REST APIs
• Solid Node.js experience for distributed services
• Databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) including schema design and optimization
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, CI/CD
• Understanding of clean code, microservices, automated testing (JUnit, Mockito), and Agile
• Strong English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
