Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive quality for electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components, partnering with internal teams to ensure supplier and material conformity. You will lead qualification activities, data management, and quality improvements across suppliers. You’ll conduct supplier audits and root-cause analyses to enable scalable component introduction. This is a chance to impact product integrity and meet growing component sourcing needs in a cross-functional, international environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct qualification and introduction of materials for electronic, mechanical and electromechanical components with stakeholders
• Ensure material conformity to internal and external requirements
• Define qualification measures and incoming inspections
• Initiate and update material and supplier data
• Lead quality notifications, reports and corrective actions
• Drive root cause analyses and actions
• Consult development, engineering,



projects and production
• Identify and drive improvements of materials or suppliers
• Conduct supplier audits

Responsabilidades
• Education and experience in electronic or mechatronic production
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
• Experience in component quality or component introduction
• Auditor certification according to ISO 9001
• Travel availability up to 50%
• Experience in material and supplier qualification for small series production
• Intercultural experience
• Aviation, defense or automotive exposure (plus)
• SAP ERP experience (plus)
• Fluent English and Spanish
