As a Campaign Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Growth, Operations, and central teams to ensure aligned, best-in-class campaigns that resonate with customers in Spain. You’ll own brand governance and drive data-driven optimization to maximize impact and ROI, in a dynamic, agile environment that combines startup tempo with enterprise backing. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated marketing activity

Responsabilidades
• Formal training or certification on marketing concepts
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing marketing or campaign teams
• Experience managing multi-million euro marketing budgets with accountability for ROI
• Experience leading above-the-line campaigns and coordinating with media agencies
• Strong expertise managing online and offline campaigns across multiple channels
• Deep commitment to brand consistency and governance
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into actions
