Experteer Overview
As an Antennas u0026amp; RF AIT Engineer in Getafe, you will support integration and testing of state-of-the-art active antennas, microwave instruments, and satellite subsystems. You’ll work within the AIT department in a multidisciplinary, high-technology environment to ensure robust design-for-MAIT, execute RF/electrical tests, and deliver clear technical reports. Your work directly supports on-time, on-cost, and high-quality delivery of space systems. This role offers hands-on testing, collaboration with Design and Engineering, and opportunities to influence space-grade projects.

• Participate in project design phases to enable MAIT and review RF/electrical test specs
• Execute electrical and RF integration and flight measurements using standard RF instrumentation
• Develop and run automated test scripts and procedures aligned with project AIT specs
• Analyze test results, prepare technical test reports, and issue NCRs with failure investigations
• Specify and monitor test equipment follow-on and coordinate AIT milestones for on-time delivery




• Represent the team in formal technical reviews with customers and collaborate with Design/Engineering

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Telecommunications/RF Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related discipline
• Hands-on RF and electrical testing experience and AIT in cleanroom environments
• Solid RF knowledge (S-params, Gain, NF, P1dB, G/T, IM) and RF components (amplifiers, phase shifters, combiners/dividers, switches, mixers)
• Familiarity with antenna parameters (directivity, gain, VSWR, XPD) and basic electronic circuitry
• Proficiency with RF/lab equipment (Spectrum/Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Signal Generators, Multimeters)
• Experience with test languages/environments to automate test sequences
• Advanced/fluent English
• Willingness to travel and perform occasional shift work
