Experteer Overview
Join Multiverse Computing as an LLM Engineer to design, implement, and improve language models using quantum-inspired techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products and contribute to cutting-edge research in LLM/NLP. The role focuses on compressing LLMs, rigorous evaluation, and boosting performance and efficiency. You’ll mentor junior engineers and help shape the direction of quantum AI-driven innovations, within a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and develop compression techniques for LLMs using quantum-inspired technologies
• Conduct rigorous evaluations and benchmarks of model performance; fine-tune for accuracy and efficiency
• Assess model strengths/weaknesses and propose enhancements
• Act as a domain expert for LLMs and identify opportunities for quantum AI-driven innovation
• Maintain documentation of development processes, experiments, and results
• Share knowledge with the team and guide junior members in LLM development
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback




• Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs and recommend new tools/technologies

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years designing, training, or fine-tuning transformer models
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs/Transformers; proficient with HuggingFace Transformers, Accelerate, Datasets
• Strong mathematical foundations in deep learning; training and inference
• Solid GPU architecture understanding
• Excellent Python programming skills; experience with PyTorch and HuggingFace
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and Docker; deploying AI solutions in cloud environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
• Publications in deep learning is a plus
• Fluent in English
