Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the financial reporting function to ensure accurate, compliant statements across IFRS and local GAAP. You will bridge operational accounting with group reporting, coaching a small team and driving continuous process improvement. The position sits in a Global Capability Center supporting global commercial and functional teams, offering cross-functional exposure and opportunity to influence reporting efficiency. You will work closely with internal and external auditors and key finance stakeholders to uphold controls and quality. This is a strategic, hands-on role with impact on general financial reporting and governance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare and supervise IFRS-based accounting reporting packages for consolidation
• Review local statutory accounts and validate reconciliations; manage differences between Local GAAP and IFRS
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external auditors during the year
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close with IFRS or local GAAP entries




• Promote global SOP compliance and finance process standards; support internal control framework
• Identify issues with the team and drive corrective actions
• Lead and mentor accounting and reporting professionals (GL, AR, AP)
• Manage workload allocation and foster accountability; coordinate with Shared Services, Controlling, Consolidation, Tax, Treasury

Responsabilidades
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, close)
• Experience in a multinational environment or shared services model; Big 4 background
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS16, Deferred Tax)
• Experience as a people leader/manager
• More than 10 years of relevant experience
