Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape the Agentic Orchestration domain, aligning multiple engineering teams around coherent architecture and shared principles. You will code hands-on roughly half the time while guiding cross-domain design and trade-offs to support scalable, reliable conversational AI platforms. You’ll influence technical direction, foster a culture of pairing and experimentation, and ensure architecture supports fast, principled AI-driven development. This is a high-impact role at the core of Sinch’s conversational AI stack, with broad visibility across the company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Influence architecture across five cross-functional teams and pair with engineers to implement designs
• Own domain architecture, contracts, data flows and documentation of decisions and trade-offs
• Lead cross-domain initiatives with principal engineers and architects to solve complex problems
• Set and promote engineering principles and practices for agentic systems, including AI tooling usage
• Evaluate build-vs-buy, platform consolidation, and deterministic vs agentic designs
• Create diagrams, models, and narratives to align engineers, product,



and leadership
• Grow technical leadership by coaching tech leads and senior engineers

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years building software and experience as principal, staff, or architect in distributed systems
• Strong track record in applying engineering principles to maintain coherence and quality
• Extensive pair or mob programming experience
• Hands-on use of AI-based development tools and an experimental mindset
• Deep understanding of complex systems, emergent behaviour, and sociotechnical architecture
• Strong judgment for trade-offs in uncertain environments and ability to communicate reasoning
• Excellent visual thinking and ability to convey architecture with diagrams/models
• Polyglot with deep expertise in at least two languages (Java or a JVM language strongly preferred) and Go; familiarity with TypeScript
• Solid understanding of LLMs and agent-based system design
• Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate in English
