As Lead Product Manager for Asphalt Legends, you steer the game’s financial health and long-term sustainability. You’ll shape the revenue strategy across the lifecycle, balancing growth in engagement and monetization with top-tier player experience. You scale a global racing phenomenon by aligning with Game Leadership and cross-functional partners. This role offers high-impact ownership in monetization, live ops, and data-driven decision making, within a collaborative, ambitious culture.

Responsabilidades

- Define multi-year roadmap with Game Leadership to hit aggressive commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops with a focus on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization
- Oversee hypothesis-driven data analysis, A/B testing,



and KPI forecasting
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of excellence
- Act as the business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of Product Management experience in F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
- Proven track record improving monetization and retention for live titles
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is highly valued
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
