Experteer Overview
As an Industry Technical Consultant and closed-loop systems SME, you guide customers through closed-loop chemistry, microbiology, and heat-transfer challenges, translating technical knowledge into practical recommendations. You will support field teams, drive innovation, and help validate new technologies across Europe, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling. You’ll train audiences, collaborate with Ru0026amp;D and marketing, and lead problem-solving efforts to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. This role blends chemistry, materials compatibility, and thermal performance to enable impactful customer outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to support technical opportunities
• Support direct-to-chip liquid cooling applications within the closed-loop portfolio
• Understand customer needs and provide training, solutions, and optimization guidance
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve application or best-practice concerns at sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational savings in documented reports




• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects and phase-gate milestones
• Lead innovation pilots, technical trials, and market trials
• Deliver value through a problem-solving mindset and measurable results
• Facilitate training for associates and customers to build expertise
• Coach colleagues on processes, technologies, and value documentation

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrable technical expertise in closed-loop systems, water treatment, and thermal management
• Ability to apply chemistry, materials compatibility, fluid selection, heat transfer, and automation principles
• Strong communication and coaching abilities for internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driver's license
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a sense of urgency
