Internal Consulting Program Manager
- Spain, Spain Internal Consulting Program Manager Do you enjoy partnering with senior leaders to turn strategy into measurable impact? We are seeking an Internal Consulting Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives for Aon, starting with the design and execution of a multi-year strategic Operating Model Transformation. This role will engage with senior leaders across Solution Lines, Regions and Functions, as well as partner with a crossfunctional team of internal consultants, project managers and subject matter experts and to deliver measurable performance outcomes. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Madridoffice when required. You will collaborate with senior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to produce measurable business outcomes. Partnering with ABS leadership and senior collaborators to define vision, priorities, and roadmap for business model redesign, including benchmarks and value realization targets Applying structured consulting methodologies (problem framing, analytical reasoning, benchmarking, arguments) to inform decisionmaking Serving as a highimpact leadership role, this position is at the center of Aons integral transformation agenda.



You will work directly with senior executives across Solution Lines, Regions, and Functions, influencing how the organisation operates and delivers value. You will be part of a collaborative in-house consulting group, working alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts. Proven experience in management consulting or internal consulting/strategy roles, with a strong track record of leading complex, multiworkstream transformation programmes in global, matrixed organisations Strong collaborator management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executivelevel audiences Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilities, with confidence in working with data, financials, and performance metrics Strong communication skills and growth mindset, including capacity to employ digital tools (e.g. MS Office, project tools, emerging AI solutions) to improve impact and collaboration #
