As Senior Analytics Engineer, you bridge data engineering and business analytics to deliver reliable, well-modeled datasets for self-service and reporting. You’ll shape metrics and data assets that support multiple business domains, partnering with data engineering and business teams. You’ll contribute to a federated data organization and data mesh vision, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. This is a high-impact role at a global leader shaping how data drives entertainment experiences.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, build, and maintain data models (DBT, SQL) to produce clean, trusted datasets for reporting
• Collaborate with data engineering to define and certify key metrics (revenue, engagement, marketing performance, B2B KPIs)
• Work with B2B, Marketing, CRM, Product squads to translate needs into reusable data assets
• Ensure data quality, governance, and observability with testing frameworks
• Enable self-service analytics by supporting BI tools and custom developments
• Contribute to Airflow pipelines in Python for automation and orchestration
• Support data mesh by creating domain-owned datasets following guidelines




• Leverage AI tools (Agentic AI, Claude Code, Copilot) to speed up development and impact

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Collaborative mindset with engineers and business stakeholders
• Strong communication in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience (star/snowflake, data vault)
• Hands-on DBT or similar transformation frameworks
• Hands-on Python and orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Superset, Tableau)
• Understanding of data quality, governance, and observability practices
