Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead physical security operations for Microsoft datacenters within your region, partnering with vendor guards to meet security requirements and protect people, infrastructure, and data. You will drive risk analysis, incident response, and security programs, collaborating with operations and stakeholders to ensure secure, continuous service delivery. The role offers growth through general security program management and exposure to cross-functional teams. You will be at the forefront of safeguarding a world-scale cloud infrastructure and shaping security practices across CO+I.

• Oversee physical security policy implementation at datacenters and ensure vendor guard resources meet Microsoft and customer requirements
• Perform threat and risk analysis and escalate to incident response or authorities as needed
• Implement security protocols to protect personnel and assets
• Deliver and maintain security programs within responsibility area
• Collaborate with datacenter operations, security systems,



and stakeholders to ensure secure, continuous operations
• Improve security program efficiency and maturity, optimize resources and budget, and scale/ automate processes
• Triage security and business-impacting events, keeping regional leadership informed and coordinating incident response
• Possess on-call availability year-round and travel as needed
• Support risk identification for datacenter insecurity and security disruption to aid decision-makers

Responsabilidades
• Multiple years' experience in Security Program Management or related field
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check required on hire/transfer and every two years
