Experteer Overview
In this role you help enterprise customers maximize value from the Deliverect platform, driving adoption and long-term loyalty. You will bridge customers with Product and Support, shaping strategies that boost retention and revenue. The position sits in the Growth team, focused on understanding customer needs and co-creating tailored approaches. You will work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and advocate for features, all while leveraging data to prove value. This is a chance to influence how restaurants and retailers connect with customers at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute strategies to foster long-term customer relationships and guide success milestones and product adoption
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers and Support teams to resolve complex issues and advocate for customer-driven product enhancements
• Monitor usage and analyze data to demonstrate value and identify opportunities to improve health and adoption




• Serve as escalation point for complex technical and non-technical queries, ensuring timely resolutions
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal management to drive revenue growth

Responsabilidades
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management) in SaaS
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze complex issues and use data to drive solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Zoom; experience with Planhat and HubSpot is a strong plus
