In this role you lead the Electromechanical Engineering department to design, validate, and implement high-power electronic power converters and drive systems for industrial applications. You will align engineering output with safety, quality, and cost targets while guiding the team and managing budgets. You’ll oversee mechanical, thermal, and electrical design, ensuring compliant and reliable solutions. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance clean energy infrastructure at scale and shape critical energy conversion technologies.

Responsabilidades
• Master in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with dual specialization; PhD in power electronics is highly desirable
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• 12+ years in design and detailed engineering of industrial mechanical and electrical projects; 5+ years leading teams
• Experience with mechanical and thermal design and 3D modelling; budget and KPI management
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, ANSYS Fluent, Inventor; EPLAN for electrical design
