Experteer Overview
In this role you will architect business-driven, standards-based solutions within complex product contexts, balancing product requirements, priorities, and enterprise standards. You’ll guide multiple solutions’ vision and roadmap, oversee non-functional requirements and fitness functions, and drive architecture governance. You’ll evaluate new technologies, reduce technical debt, and mentor teams, with a strong focus on Salesforce-enabled healthcare ecosystems. You will partner across stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven patient and customer experiences.

• Manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions
• Document and evolve architecture across product life cycle with governance
• Lead teams to solve complex problems and maintain solution roadmaps
• Provide technical oversight to product teams and assess new technologies
• Create conceptual/logical data models and integration paths
• Define reference architectures, patterns,



and ADRs
• Drive external technology trends and vendor assessments
• Stakeholder management and clear communication to align perspectives
• Oversee technical debt reduction and value-driven improvements
• Develop and maintain product technology roadmap and oversee technology adoption

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions in complex contexts
• Proven Salesforce platform architecture experience (Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud)
• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and ADRs
• Strong governance, risk, and NFR management capabilities
• Proactive contribution to architecture practices and mentoring
• Ability to assess impacts on capabilities, risk, and application landscapes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
