Experteer Overview
In this role you guide large-scale Workday transformations, focusing on HCM, (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits. You work within Accenture’s Workday Practice to deliver cloud-based HR solutions and help clients maximize their Workday investment. You will lead workstreams, engage with client stakeholders, and contribute to innovative methods and assets. This is an opportunity to shape how top organizations evolve their people processes through technology at scale.

• Host workshops and drive discussions aligned with your areas of expertise.
• Independently lead your workstream and monitor progress.

• Support innovation by creating new methods and reusable assets.

Responsabilidades
• Experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits, or comparable platforms
• Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English and German
