As a Senior Data Scientist at Kyndryl, you design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that tackle complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. You work across the AI landscape, combining traditional ML with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies to build scalable, reliable systems. You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team throughout the AI lifecycle—from problem framing to production monitoring and continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge AI initiatives that transform client operations in a responsible, enterprise-friendly way.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/math/statistics/engineering or related field
• Solid experience in data science, ML, or AI development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG
• Practical knowledge of AI agents and agentic architectures
• Strong Python skills and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience across the AI lifecycle (data prep, experimentation, deployment, monitoring) and familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
