Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end real estate projects across Iberia, supporting asset lifecycle management and strategic site planning. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize the real estate footprint while ensuring alignment with Airbus standards and sustainability commitments. You will develop data-driven insights and dashboards to inform investment and transaction decisions, shaping how the Iberia portfolio supports business goals. This is a hands-on position for a proactive professional eager to influence real estate strategy at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Manage end-to-end real estate projects in the Iberia region, including leases, acquisitions, renewals and divestments
- Coordinate contractual documentation with landlords, brokers, tenants and internal partners (Legal, Finance, Tax, Procurement)




- Monitor and optimize the portfolio by contributing to Site Master Plans updates
- Perform property valuations, financial analyses and business cases to support strategic transactions
- Maintain data governance and update internal tools/databases (e.g., RECLA, GIS, IFRS16)
- Create dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting on milestones, budgets, and KPIs for management review

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in Architecture
- At least 1 year of real estate experience or related post-graduate study
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Operational autonomy and agility in a collaborative team
- Advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of RECLA, BIM, GIS and basic finance (business cases, valuation)
