Burgess recruitment is seeking a First Mate for a 35m motor yacht. We are seeking an experienced & professional First Mate to join a close knit crew on board a private yacht. Requirements
* Yacht Master Offshore/Ocean essential – working towards OOW
* Minimum 5 seasons superyacht experience
* Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations
* Competent in bridge management & strong watchkeeping abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew and guests
* Must be a true team player
* Confident tender driver (Essential)
* Confident working independently
- able to manage contractors and dayworkers
* New build experience and handling warranty items an advantage Start date: ASAP
