As a Supply Chain Finance Programme Manager you will steward a portfolio of SCF programmes and drive client and supplier engagement to accelerate ramp and adoption. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional activity, align with buyer objectives, and shape the end‑to‑end client experience. The role focuses on growing asset and revenue while enhancing efficiency and governance across Trade u0026amp; Working Capital solutions. You will operate in a integral, multi‑regional context with a strong emphasis on collaboration and execution.

• Drive asset and revenue growth by ramping SCF programmes and enrolling suppliers
• Design and execute supplier enrolment and sales strategies and plan
• Manage Trade client relationships and act as primary contact for multi‑product usage
• Develop client engagement plans with defined ramp and cross‑sell targets
• Analyze programme performance to identify trends, profitability drivers, and risks




• Monitor facility usage and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure capital availability
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners across Sales, Credit, Legal, Operations, and Contracts Management
• Improve end‑to‑end processes and operating model to simplify onboarding and servicing
• Support in-flight technology initiatives to improve programme efficiency and regional coordination
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within Risk and Control framework

Responsabilidades
• Proven client‑facing experience across Sales, Client Service, Programme Management support, or Operations
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for client and supplier discussions
• Excellent organisational, detail orientation, and project management abilities
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset and accountability
