Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support global distribution coordination for Iberia, ensuring products reach retail partners, venues, and e-commerce channels on time. You will work closely with Logistics Managers and local 3PL teams to optimize warehousing and transport. The role focuses on process standardization, KPI monitoring, and cost-conscious execution across multi-channel retail. You will contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects that boost efficiency and service levels. This is a hands-on position at a fast-paced, international retail logistics environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Coordinate retail distribution logistics and import/export processes with contracted service partners in Iberia
• Liaise with local 3PL warehousing teams for warehousing processes and services
• Manage reverse logistics and documentation for shipments
• Implement operational standards to support market distribution and monitor KPIs with corrective actions
• Track transportation costs and drive cost-reduction culture
• Handle distribution incidents with warehouse, venue, and international transport teams
• Support daily discrepancy management and issue resolution with Buying and in-venue teams




• Collaborate with Buying and in-venue teams to monitor supplier delivery performance and improve lead times
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes; participate in market projects and cross-functional improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by Logistics Managers in Iberia

Responsabilidades
• Three (3) years international distribution and warehouse experience in sport events, FMCG, or fashion goods
• One (1) year experience with events distribution
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong numerical and planning skills; analytical capabilities with international teams
• Excellent knowledge of international customs legislation
• Supply Chain execution know-how and business orientation
• Proactive, autonomous, and accountable with strong IT and Excel skills
• Ability to assimilate new systems and reporting tools
