Experteer Overview
In this role you drive RavenPack's digital marketing engine across paid and organic channels to boost visibility, attract leads, and support self-serve growth. You’ll operate hands-on in performance marketing and SEO/AEO, collaborating with sales and product teams to align channels with business goals. The position blends a sales-led and product-led motion to reach both enterprises and individual users. Expect a fast-paced, data-driven environment shaping AI-enabled finance solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan and run paid campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, and video; manage budgets and optimize for KPIs
• Own and optimize the paid media mix from awareness to conversion; conduct A/B and multivariate tests
• Leverage account intent data, product signals, and competitive signals for targeted campaigns including ABM
• Develop and execute SEO/AEO content strategy; optimize on-page and internal linking; build domain authority
• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and measurement against KPIs
• Coordinate with content, product, and social teams to embed SEO/AEO best practices across web properties




• Monitor and analyze competitive landscape in organic and paid search; identify gaps and opportunities
• Integrate paid and organic insights to refine audience segments and keyword strategies
• Translate performance data into budget plans and channel mix narratives

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in performance marketing; 3+ years in SEO with AEO/GEO exposure
• Experience with multi-channel paid media across 3+ channels; Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads expertise
• Direct experience with both B2B lead generation and PLG/self-serve environments
• Experience structuring content for AI search to earn visibility and citations
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console, and SEO/AEO tools
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing in performance marketing
• Track record of managing significant budgets and optimizing for business metrics
