Experteer Overview
In this role you will work within SGS IT Corporate to improve processes and systems alongside business stakeholders. You will translate needs into documented requirements, manage backlogs, epics, and user stories, and oversee testing and UAT. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure clear specifications and delivery. You help shape deployment plans and knowledge resources, driving improvements across business lines.

• Analyze and document business requirements and impact across functions
• Manage backlog, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with technical teams and outsourcers to ensure clear specifications
• Support testing activities (unit, regression, UAT) and review test plans
• Coordinate with Implementation, Solution Architect, Delivery and Outsourcer for initiatives requiring support
• Monitor escalated issues with outsourcer and drive resolution per escalation procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with business, management, technical partners and external providers
• Provide regular service quality checks on incidents and requests and propose improvements
• Facilitate testing activities and guide UAT when required




• Engage stakeholders to identify needs and prepare presentations with findings
• Define and document requirements, perform impact analysis, aid prioritization
• Deliver or review functional design documentation and oversee deployment/ rollout plans
• Participate in project/management meetings to share feedback and ideas
• Support knowledge base creation and training materials

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's with IT/computer science background
• 3-5 years' experience with Oracle EBS R12 in O2C, R2R, P2P, or Supply Chain
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud desirable
• Strong testing experience (unit, regression, UAT) with automated testing a plus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Solid ITIL process and standards understanding
• Experience managing activities with external suppliers (e.g., Oracle)
• Experience managing requirements through full delivery and operation lifecycle
• Experience with business analysis frameworks (process modeling, requirements analysis, user stories, use cases)
