Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Cybersecurity (CTU) team within Auto Mobility Finance, overseeing multi-country security operations and incident management. You will coordinate SOC activities, manage SIEM and security infrastructure, and drive vulnerability remediation and cloud security initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to strengthen the security posture across ~14 entities in 16 countries. This is a chance to shape cyber resilience in a large, regulated financial services environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee technical cybersecurity tasks for Auto Mobility Finance units (approx. 14 entities in 16 countries) and lead the CTU team
• Cyber incidents management and coordination of SOC escalations
• SIEM logs ingestion, monitoring and use-case management
• Cyber infrastructure security support and change management (firewall, WAF, proxy, antimalware, certificates)
• Attack surface management: inventory maintenance, ethical hacking coordination, vulnerability remediation
• Cloud security posture monitoring and management
• Security hardening and compliance across multiple technologies
• Review and lifecycle management of security development findings
• Monitor cyber intelligence feeds to identify threats affecting SCF





Responsabilidades
• Minimum 9 years in cybersecurity with advancing responsibility in security operations, incident response, and technical leadership
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams in multi-country environments
• Experience managing security operations in large, distributed environments, ideally in financial services or regulated industries
• Experience overseeing cybersecurity projects and priority setting with internal and external teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, escalations, and remediation from detection to resolution
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Degree in STEM-related discipline; relevant cybersecurity certifications
• Strong hands-on experience in Protect-Detect-Respond capabilities; incident management and SOC escalation coordination
• Experience with SIEM platforms: log ingestion, monitoring, use case management, tuning
