In this role you will bridge life sciences with cloud and AI to shape future-ready platforms for Pharma Ru0026amp;D and Medical Affairs. You’ll balance architectural vision with hands-on coding, guide the technology roadmap, and ensure platform resilience. You act as a technical authority to empower engineering squads and evaluate new technologies, delivering measurable business value. This is a chance to influence critical workflows in a regulated, global environment.

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise standards in Medical Affairs and Ru0026D
• Contribute to production code and high-level technical design
• Define and manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions across cloud ecosystems
• Own and evolve product architecture throughout development, documenting ADRs and aligning with governance
• Research, pilot, and scale cloud services and AI technologies to improve medical workflows
• Create conceptual/logical data models, taxonomies, and ontologies for AI applications
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, improve performance, and reduce technical debt




• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
• Translate technical trade-offs and risks for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align roadmaps with strategic goals

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a hybrid Solution Architect / Technical Lead role with hands-on software development
• Direct domain experience in Medical Affairs, Ru0026D, life sciences, or a regulated environment
• Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, ML frameworks) in production
• Strong foundation in cloud architectures, microservices, REST/GraphQL, data modeling, and enterprise integration
• Experience defining/reviewing reference architectures, NFRs, and governance
• Ability to evaluate emerging tech and conduct vendor/tool evaluations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English fluency
