As Project Manager, you drive delivery of assigned Salesforce projects within defined time, cost, and quality constraints. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and lead governance bodies to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll shape project plans, mitigate risks, and maintain quality across deliverables, while identifying opportunities for customer value and satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of client success and technical delivery, offering impact through scalable CRM initiatives and continuous improvement.

• Support pre-sales tasks for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and planning.
• Coordinate and supervise project team tasks, including assignments and absence management.
• Manage progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget; handle change requests and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide project visibility to clients and the Customer Success Manager; lead follow-ups and steering committees.
• Flag deviations to operations; develop communication and risk mitigation plans.




• Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead client demos and resolve issues arising during implementation.
• Nurture client relationships and drive customer satisfaction; conduct project evaluations to capture learnings.
• Solicit and act on potential Up u0026 Cross-Selling opportunities; lead team retrospectives.
• Support team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.

Responsabilidades
• +5 years of Project Management experience, with successful Salesforce project leadership
• +3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira
• Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level for fluent business communication)
